Dear friends of the BelgiumBears,
We are proud to announce our activity for the next month ; a hike with a picnic in the Namur region. The activity takes place on Saturday may 14th from 13.30 on. This hike is presented by our friend Paul, who will guide us. He offers us two possibilities, the first planned for the more experienced hikers and the second for the less experienced. Nothing to be embarrassed about; the first group joins the second and we will arrive together at the finish!
It is possible to join this activity by using public transport: start point at Lustin station. The train which leaves at 11:51 am from Brussels Schuman stops at Gembloux where you have to take a bus to Namur and then another train to Lustin (arrival at 1:28 pm).
The first group will be able to start the hike immediately, the second group will join them half an hour later at the second starting point, the 7 Meuses viewpoint. All together we will then do two hours of walking on the flat or downhill following the long-distance hiking trail in the forest and along the Meuse. Return to the communal park of Lustin not far from the station where there are benches for the picnic.
No need to prepare your picnic, the BelgiumBears will take care of it as well as a small snack to calm hunger along the way.
Participation for the activity, including snacks, an aperitif, filled sandwiches, drinks (wine and sodas) is set at €25 per person.
